Hotel Carol is located in a very quiet street with its own parking spaces, yet all the activities, sights, and bustle of the city are literally within reach. Near the hotel, you will find the O2 Universum International Congress Centre, the O2 Arena multifunctional hall, where major sporting and cultural events take place, the attractive Galerie Harfa Shopping Center, the large Podviní Park, numerous sports facilities, and a variety of activities for families with children (e.g. Dinopark, bobsleigh track, ZOO, and many others). The city center can be reached in a few minutes by car from a nearby tram or metro stop. So whether you are heading to Prague for work, sports, culture, or sightseeing, Hotel Carol will be your safe haven. After a hard day's work or a full day of exploring the beauty of the capital, you can relax undisturbed in the comfort of the hotel with a homely atmosphere and in the care of the caring staff.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Taxis wait outside the arrivals hall. The journey to the Carol Hotel costs approximately CZK 900 (EUR 35). Public transport is cheaper. Take bus number 100 to the metro station "Zličín". From there, take the metro line B to the station "Českomoravská", which is only 200 meters from Hotel Carol.
Do you travel by car? Hotel Carol has its own parking lots. You can use the secure parking in the indoor car park located directly behind the hotel or the parking lots in front of the hotel. The number of parking lots is limited, for this reason, a reservation in advance is required. Parking in the hotel car park is charged at CZK 490 (EUR 21) per night.
Many of our guests choose to leave their cars parked with us during their stay and use public transport to get around the city. However, if you choose to drive to the city centre, it is only about 10 minutes away (depending on traffic).
Hotel Carol is situated in a complex of historic buildings in the Libeň district of Prague 9. This 19th-century district has undergone a significant transformation since the revolution in 1989. Former factories and courtyards have been restored and rebuilt. Near the hotel, there are several tram, bus, and metro stations (line B, Českomoravská). The hotel's address is Kurta Konráda 12, 190 00 Prague 9.
Just 200 meters from the hotel, next to Galerie Harfa Shopping Centre, you can find O2 Arena a O2 Universum.
Galerie Harfa Shopping Center is located less than 300 meters from the hotel.
You can visit the Dinopark on the roof of Galerie Harfa Shopping Center.
A few hundred meters from the hotel you can find the Podviní Park, through which the Rokytka River flows.
There are many activities for children in the surrounding area. You can visit, for example, the bobsleigh track Prosek or the Prague Zoo in Prague Troja.
One of the largest shopping centers in Europe is just a few metro stops away.
